Uneven Experience at Airport Hotel

The bar and restaurant was not clean. I saw greasy food stains on the chairs and nut crumbs on the seat. It seemed unappetizing and unexpected for such a hotel. I also found the constant interruptions from the waiters pushing more drinks quite irritating.

The location inside the terminal made early flights stress-free. I appreciated that a short walk got me to my gate. the room was very clean, and i found the bed very comfortable, ensuring a good rest. i enjoyed having a filtered water station available on my floor. This amenity was quite useful. the staff quickly assisted me with a minor issue i had with the tv.
i noticed some wear on the furniture in the room, such as minor scratches, but this did not affect the overall experience.

the reception staff were responsive and provided assistance with directions inside the airport. the staff quickly addressed a billing inquiry i had during my checkout. i also noticed that bell service was readily available needing assistance with luggage.

the hotel restaurant offered a convenient breakfast buffet, with fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. i tried the bar area and found a selection of appetizers, light meals and various cocktails. the dining spaces were super clean and well maintained during peak hours.

the fitness center had a range of equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. the business center offered computers and printing services, which i found very helpful. there was also easy access to the airport's public transportation from inside the hotel.

the front desk offered my two kids a toy from their wagon, that was a win. the elevators were quick and the room was perfect. we had booked a two queens room and the windows were huge.
the pool had a slight chlorine smell.
